6-08-11 Basket

Here is what you can expect on Wednesday for your basket:
Gala apples
Fuji apples
pears
corn
tomato
carrots
kiwi
bell peppers
celery
green leaf lettuce
oranges
cantaloupe
peaches
nectarines
Once again, I love that we vote, because it makes my job of ordering SO much easier.  We were able to get what majority wanted again.  The peaches and nectarines were added at last minute because they were such a good price.  This is our first time ordering those so we'll have to see how they taste :-)  We were not able to get peas because of all the flooding.

    For June 22 basket, would love to see mushrooms, asparagus, zucchini and yellow squash, red onion, cherry tomatoes, red potatoes.

    BTW the peaches we got from the last basket were to die for!! Totally fulfilled a pregnant lady's craving. :)
